Use on clean, dry skin. Place a finger behind the applicator and press down to prime the pump until product appears. Position the cooling applicator under or around the eye and gently press the pump to dispense a small amount. Glide the applicator over the eye area to gently massage in the product, avoiding direct contact with the eyes. Use fingertips to lightly pat in any remaining product. Allow to absorb before applying makeup.
